Helping you navigate life’s complexities with insight, action, and authenticity.

Hi! I’m Christy Collier, a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, career burnout, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, neurodiverse couples (where at least one partner is neurodivergent), and caregivers raising exceptional kids with complex, blended profiles—like giftedness, autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences.

While I bring personal insight as a late-diagnosed ADHDer living in a neurodiverse household, my work is rooted in my clinical knowledge, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I know that we all carry different stories—shaped by how we grew up, the roles we play, the circles we move through, and how the world sees us. Whether you're neurodivergent or neurotypical, marginalized in some spaces or comfortable in others, there’s room for all of that in our work together.

If you're exploring therapy, identity, or simply looking for language to better understand your inner world, my aim is to help you feel seen, understood, and supported—wherever you’re coming from, and wherever you want to go.

AREAS OF FOCUS & EXPERTISE

  • ANXIETY & STRESS MANAGEMENT

Whether it’s chronic worry, perfectionism, or feelings of overwhelm, I help adults build strategies to manage anxiety and reduce stress, so they can feel more calm, confident, and in control.

  • NEURODIVERGENT ADULTS (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD)

Navigating the world as a neurodivergent adult can come with unique challenges. I offer affirming support that helps you embrace your strengths, manage sensory and emotional overload, and build a life that honors your true self.

  • CAREER BURNOUT & IDENTITY EXPLORATION

Feeling burned out or unfulfilled in your career? I support professionals in overcoming career burnout, redefining their goals, and exploring new possibilities that align with their personal values and aspirations.

  • PARENTING EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN

Parenting a child with unique needs requires strength and resilience. I provide a space for parents to process their emotions, build supportive strategies, and create a balanced, fulfilling life for themselves and their family.

  • RELATIONSHIP CHALLENGES & FAMILY DYNAMICS

Strained relationships can be emotionally draining. I help adults navigate significant relationship and family dynamics, improve communication, and build stronger, more supportive relationships with partners and loved ones.
